Overview :
The Wind and Glitter module for MicroSplat adds several new features to the MicroSplat framework.
Highlights:
- Wind Particulate, which allows you to create dust blowing across your terrain, or snow mist blowing across your snow
- Wind Particulate Shadows, which can be used to create a drop shadow effect under the particulate clouds or create a more complex, toxic gas-like effect.
- Glitter Specular, which allows you to create a wide and glittering specular effect, like the ones found in games like the playstation game Journey
- Per-texture strength controls are available for both features, allowing you to control the amount of the effect on each terrain type.
- When the Snow Module is installed, a second copy of these effects is available for use only in the snowy areas of the game.
